Overview
BeluBOT is a multi-purpose staff tools bot for BeluGANG. Certain features of the bot require some user data to be stored.
We only collect what is absolutely necessary to provide the user with our services for certain features. We will never sell or misuse your data.
Stored Data
When a user sets their birthday, birthday color, or goes on break, that information is stored.
This stored information is necessary for you to be automatically given the Staff Birthday role or to have the ability to automatically go on or come off of break or retirement.
This information is only stored upon using certain features of BeluBOT; if you do not use the /birthday command or use the hiatus module, your information is never stored.
Data Retention
Your user ID, birthday and birthday color are stored indefinitely until explicitly deleted or until BeluBOT is no longer in use.
Your user ID and the ID of your highest staff role is stored from the time you go on break until you come off of break.
Data Access
To request a copy of your data, you may use the /data request command in the appropriate channels in BeluGANG. You may also email [email protected] with your Discord username and user ID to be manually sent a copy of your data.
Data Deletion
To request your data's deletion, you may use the /data delete command in the appropriate channels in BeluGANG. You may also email [email protected] with your Discord username and user ID to request a manual deletion of your data.
Upon requesting deletion, you will be provided with a copy of your data. Deleting your data will reset your birthday and birthday color and will prevent you from automatically going on or coming off of break or retirement.
